In a resort community, finding the perfect property isn’t just about find a home. Often it involves finding the right investment property. Having worked in the vacation rental industry, I understand the difference in looking for a full-time home and a great vacation or investment property. When I’m not working hard to find your perfect property, I enjoy living in the mountains and love all the adventures that Colorado and Summit County have to offer. For years, I visited Summit County with my family, drawn by the beauty of the region. We had always planned to move here someday. Someday came sooner than planned, when life threw us a curve ball, but we found that with determination and creativity, the wildest bumps in the road can be transformed into unbelievable opportunities. Our unforeseen obstacle allowed us to leave the heat, humidity and traffic of Houston, Texas and begin our mountain dream. If I am not skiing down the slopes (green hills only to be perfectly honest), enjoying local festivals, or getting lost in the woods (on purpose, I swear), you will find me at home, baking my favorite chocolate chip cookies or pursuing my never-ending quest to find the perfect margarita recipe.I would love to put my skills to work to help you make your mountain dream a reality.
